  • I offer both in-person sessions at our convenient downtown clinic, and online sessions for those who require more flexibility.

  • Most extended insurance plans cover costs associated with seeing a Psychotherapist. However, each insurance plan is different so you need to reach out to your insurance provider directly to learn whether you are covered.

If your plan has psychotherapy coverage, you will need to submit a receipt to them for reimbursement. You’ll receive a digital receipt after each session, which you can submit to your insurance provider. Psychotherapists do not typically do direct billing in Ontario.

  • Rates are set at:

    • $125 CAD for a 50 min individual

    • $150 CAD for a 50 min couples session

  • Each session is 50 minutes. During our first session together, we will discuss your individual needs/goals and create a plan based on what works best for you. Many clients find that weekly or biweekly sessions provide them with a good pace for growth, change and reflection. However, we can adjust the schedule to fit your needs, goals, and life circumstances as we go along.

  • I understand that life circumstances can change unexpectedly and as such, I only require 24 hour’s notice if you need to cancel a session.

  • You’re in the right spot. I offer crisis counselling and keep one spot open per day for those in crisis, whether that be sexual trauma, violence, grief, sex trafficking, or self-harm.

For immediate emergencies, call 911 or visit the nearest hospital emergency department.

I am available for sessions on an urgent as needed basis. Contact us directly for urgent bookings.
