How It Works

  • We’ll start with a free 15-minute phone call where you can share what you're looking for in therapy. I’ll answer any questions you have and let you know if I’m the right fit for your needs.

    Book Consultation

  • If we decide to move forward, we’ll book a 50-minute initial assessment. This session helps me get to know you, your history, and your goals so I can begin to understand how best to support you.

  • After our first session, I’ll create a personalized treatment plan based on what we’ve discussed. This may include the approaches I’ll use, recommended session frequency, and focus areas that align with your goals.

  • We’ll begin regular therapy sessions, paced and tailored to your unique needs. I’ll continue to check in with you as we go, adjusting our work together to reflect your growth and any changes along the way.

If we work together you can expect me to…

  • Hold a warm, nonjudgmental space where every expression of you is welcome

  • Support your nervous system in feeling safe enough to help you create lasting changes

  • Stay curious with you about the reason behind your patterns and responses

  • Bring attunement, mindfulness, and somatic awareness into our work

  • Collaborate with you at every step - your voice and choices matter

  • Respect your boundaries, your inner wisdom, and your readiness

  • Support couples in navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, and deepening connection with care and compassion
