Our Services
Therapy is a powerful way to care for your mental and emotional well-being. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, past trauma, or simply feeling stuck, therapy offers a safe and confidential space to explore your inner world.
Your sessions will be carefully tailored to your unique needs, drawing on a range of evidence-based and holistic approaches to create an individualized treatment plan that truly fits you. Together, we’ll identify your goals, uncover your inner strengths, and create a sense of safety—both within yourself and in your everyday life.
Therapy is a meaningful step toward healing, clarity, and the life you deserve.
How we can help
-
Individual therapy offers a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space to explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences.
Whether you're facing challenges or seeking personal growth, therapy can help you reflect, heal, and move forward. Sessions are tailored to your needs, offering tools to gain clarity, process your past or present, and feel more grounded.
I work with anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, infidelity, mood disorders like bipolar, and personality disorders such as borderline and narcissistic traits. I also support survivors of sexual abuse and sex trafficking with care and compassion.
My holistic approach blends evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT).
For teens (14+) who prefer messaging over live support, I offer a secure text-based option to help build comfort and trust.
Together, we’ll focus on what matters most to you and support your healing and growth.
-
Couples therapy offers a safe, supportive space to rebuild connection, improve communication, and work through relationship challenges. I work with couples facing issues such as infidelity, disconnection, high conflict, trauma, grief, separation, and divorce. Whether you're looking to heal after a rupture or strengthen your bond, therapy can help you move forward with greater understanding and care.
Using evidence-based approaches like Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and other integrative modalities, I tailor sessions to meet your unique needs as a couple. Together, we’ll explore patterns, enhance emotional connection, and build healthier ways of relating.
Who It’s For:
Couples seeking deeper connection
Relationships impacted by betrayal, trauma, or loss
Partners navigating separation, divorce, or major transitions
Anyone wanting to reduce conflict and improve emotional intimacy

Somatic Therapy supports emotional and mental healing by working with both the mind and body. It’s based on the understanding that trauma, stress, and emotions are stored not just in the mind, but in the body as well.
Unlike traditional talk therapies, Somatic Therapy integrates body-based practices such as breathwork, gentle movement, mindfulness, and grounding techniques alongside conversation. This holistic approach helps you tune into physical sensations, release stored tension, and restore a sense of safety and regulation.
Sessions often combine talk therapy with somatic tools to help you reconnect with your body, process trauma, and build resilience from the inside out. It’s especially helpful for those who feel stuck in talk therapy alone or struggle with anxiety, trauma, or chronic stress.
