Internal Family Systems

Internal Family Systems (IFS) is a therapeutic model that views the mind as comprised of multiple "parts" interacting with each other, similar to how family members interact. These parts can be understood as subpersonalities, each with its own perspective, emotions, and roles. The goal of IFS is to understand and integrate these parts, fostering harmony and healing within the individual's internal system.
